PINQUA – Forms of Living in Ascoli Piceno

The project is promoted by the Municipality of Ascoli Piceno with the aim to regenerate specific places in the city based on three themes: social inclusion, ecological transition and digitalization.

PINQUA is a pilot project of the Municipality of Ascoli Piceno – financed under the PNRR Next Generation EU via the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and co-financed by the Carisap Foundation – that intends to create and support new forms of social housing.

The project aims to improve quality of life for citizens in the city’s historic centre by adopting a participatory and multidimensional urban planning strategy.

CSV Marche, in partnership with Bottega del Terzo Settore and Marche Servizi, is responsible for the development of a social business model dedicated to the creation of a commonly referred to as “Third Sector Management Centre”.
